Who we are and what makes us different
LearnerLab is an independent consultancy specialising in engagement strategies to help corporate learning teams and education providers better connect with their global audiences. Starting with deep audience insight we help organisations roll out digital learning experiences that motivate participation and fulfil corporate goals.
We have created LearnerLab in response to a shift in how learning is being distributed, communicated and consumed online. Our consultancy and performance support services aim to engage contemporary learning audiences and empower L&D teams.
The consumerisation of the enterprise – characterised by the infiltration of smartphones and other personal technology at work – is extending to learning. People now bring different expectations, motivations, digital media use and levels of online sociality to their work or learning experience. Corporations and education providers need to make sure learning services connect with their audiences online by understanding them and their digital environments.
The skills required by corporate learning teams and education providers are changing. To engage with audiences and deliver value through better digital learning experiences we need to understand how people behave online. User engagement techniques, communications strategy and research expertise are all part of an enhanced skillset.
